Holder boost

Raise your token's holder count by sending a tiny amount to new wallets, and get the rent back later.

The Holder Boost task form: boost or reclaim, and the holder count. No task is created.

Holder Boost raises the number of holders explorers show for your token. It makes new wallets and sends each one a tiny amount of the token. It does not buy or sell anything.

What happens on-chain#

On Solana, for each new holder:

  1. The task makes a fresh wallet and adds it to your Wallets page. It gets the role Holder and the name holder-t plus the task number.
  2. One of the wallets you picked opens a token account for the new holder and pays its rent.
  3. That wallet sends the new holder a tiny amount of your token.

Up to 8 holders go in each transaction. The new holders get tokens only, no SOL.

On Robinhood Chain there is no rent. Your wallet pays only gas, and up to 200 holders go in one transaction.

Before you start#

  • The wallets you pick hold the token. They must have enough to give every holder their share.
  • On Solana, they also hold SOL for the rent and fees. On Robinhood Chain, ETH for gas.

Set up Holder Boost#

  1. Open the token in the terminal. In Tasks, press New task.
  2. Under Task type, pick Holder Boost.
  3. Keep Mode on Boost (create holders).
  4. Set Holder count and Raw units per holder.
  5. Pick the wallets that send the tokens.
  6. Check the Estimated cost line on the form.
  7. Press Create task, then Start.

Key settings#

  • Mode — Boost (create holders) or Reclaim (burn + close). Reclaim is Solana only.
  • Holder count — how many new holders to make. Default 10.
  • Raw units per holder — how much each holder gets, in the token's smallest unit. Default 1. A pump.fun token has 6 decimals, so 1 whole token is 1,000,000 units. At 18 decimals, 1 token is 1 followed by 18 zeros.
  • Delay between batches (under Advanced) — the wait between transactions. Default 500 ms.
  • Rent recipient (Reclaim only) — the wallet that gets the rent back. If you leave it empty, it goes to the first wallet of the task.
  • Stop after repeated errors (under Advanced) — default 10.

What it costs#

On Solana, each new holder needs a token account. Your wallet pays about 0.00204 SOL of rent for each one, plus a small fee per transaction. The form shows the total as Estimated cost: ATA rent. For example, 100 holders cost about 0.204 SOL. The tokens you give away come on top.

These are transfers, not trades, so there is no platform fee.

Real SOL and real tokens

The rent and the tokens leave your wallets as soon as the task runs. The tokens you send do not come back. The rent comes back only if you run Reclaim later. See Real funds & confirms.

Get the rent back with Reclaim#

When you no longer need the extra holders, run Reclaim on the same token (Solana only).

  1. Make a new Holder Boost task on the token.
  2. Set Mode to Reclaim (burn + close).
  3. Optional: pick a Rent recipient.
  4. Press Create task, then Start.

Reclaim covers the holder wallets made by all your Holder Boost tasks on this token, and no one else's. It burns the tokens in each of them, which destroys them. Then it closes their token accounts and sends the rent to the recipient. That wallet also pays the network fees. Your holder count drops back down.

Holders, not buyers

These holders never bought the token, and anyone can see they got it by transfer. To add trading activity instead, see Volume or Pro trader boost.

Troubleshooting#

  • "no source wallet holds this token" — none of the picked wallets has the token. Pick wallets that hold it, or buy some first.
