Notifications
Read updates about your tasks, conversions and orders, and get them in your browser or on Telegram.
The bell in the bottom bar collects updates about your tasks, your conversions and closeouts, and your marketplace orders. A number on the bell shows how many you have not read yet.
Read your updates#
- Click the bell at the bottom right of the screen. The Notifications panel opens above it.
- Click an update to open it. A task or an operation opens in a window over the page you are on. A marketplace order opens on Marketplace.
- The update is now marked as read, and the panel closes.
More controls in the panel:
- Unread — shows only updates you have not read. Click it again to see all of them.
- Mark all read — marks every update as read.
- Older — shows earlier updates. Newest takes you back to the latest ones.
- Press Escape or click outside the panel to close it.
A dot marks an update you have not read. An amber dot means the update needs your attention. Hover over an update to see its full text and exact time.
What sends an update#

Replies to your support tickets do not show up here. They show as New reply on the Support page.
Get updates outside the app#
Updates always stay in the bell. You can also have them sent to your browser or to Telegram.
- Click Delivery settings at the bottom of the panel. You can also open Account settings from the user menu and pick Notifications.
- Under Delivery, switch on the channels you want. Changes save by themselves.
- Browser notifications — pop-ups from your browser. Your browser asks for permission the first time. They only arrive while the app is open in a tab.
- Telegram notifications — messages from our bot, even when the app is closed. Each message has the title, the details and a link. This needs an account that signs in with Telegram. If the switch is greyed out, the line beside it says why.
"Telegram delivery failed" or "Telegram delivery not confirmed yet" only tells you about the message. It says nothing about the task or operation itself. Open the update to see what really happened.
Troubleshooting#
Browser pop-ups never appear — Check that your browser allows notifications for this site. Keep the app open in a tab.
"Needs a Telegram-linked account." — Telegram delivery only works for accounts that sign in with Telegram. Use browser notifications instead.
"Not configured on this server." — Telegram delivery is not set up right now. Updates still reach the bell.
